Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us.We collect information that you provide directly to us. For example, we collect your name, email address, Account password, postal address including city, state and zip code, and favorite eegee’s location when you sign up for our Rewards Program.

Your Information Choices

Account Information. You may update, correct or delete information about you at any time by logging in to your Account. If you would like to cancel your Account entirely, please contact us, and enter your request for cancellation, but please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Location Information. When you first download or launch any of our mobile applications that collect location information or first use any features that use location information, you will be asked to consent to the application’s collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device.

Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Removing or rejecting browser cookies does not necessarily affect third party flash cookies used in connection with the Site. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of the Site.

Promotional Communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails, text messages, and other communications from us by following the instructions in those emails, text messages or other communications.

Jobvite SMS Terms of Service.

1. By opting- in, eegee’s will send opted-in users job opportunities. You will receive follow up messages to filter the best options for you and will receive messages when there are new opportunities.
2. This policy applies to all outgoing SMS messages for eegee’s.
3. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling (520) 294-3333.
5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Data obtained through the short code program will not be shared with any third-parties for their marketing reasons/purposes.
