Sweet Ride Fundraiser Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The Sweet Ride Fundraiser Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to U.S.-based nonprofit organizations, schools, and community organizations that are eligible to participate in eegee’s Force4Good fundraising program. Organizations must be able to provide valid nonprofit or organizational identification upon request. Employees of eegee’s, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or fundraiser does not increase the chances of winning.

How to Enter: Organizations will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway by hosting a successful eegee’s Force4Good fundraiser completed between January 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026, and meeting all Force4Good requirements, including a minimum of $175 in sales.

Prize: One (1) winning organization will receive a visit from The Sweet Ride, eegee’s vending food truck. The prize includes: · Free 6oz cups of eegees · Serving amount based on organization’s size. Up to 2,000 servings total. · Service to take place in May 2026 or on another mutually agreed-upon date · No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted.

Winner Selection & Notification: The winning organization will be selected in a random drawing on May 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided during fundraiser registration or alternative entry submission.

Prize Conditions: The winning organization must obtain all required approvals, permissions, and permits necessary to host The Sweet Ride at their location. The event location must be accessible and suitable for the Sweet Ride vehicle. If the winning organization is unable to secure approvals, permits, or coordinate logistics in a reasonable timeframe, eegee’s reserves the right to select an alternate winner. eegee’s reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize event due to weather, safety concerns, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond its control.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Organizations may also enter without hosting a fundraiser by mailing a letter to eegee’s corporate office at 4801 E Broadway Blvd Suite 335 Tucson, AZ 85711 by April 30, 2026, with the organization’s name, contact information, and valid nonprofit or organizational identification. Limit one (1) entry per organization regardless of method of entry.

General Conditions: By participating, organizations agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of eegee’s, which are final and binding. eegee’s reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or tampers with the entry process.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winning organization agrees to allow eegee’s to use the organization’s name, logo, and event photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
